Shipping And Handling

We currently only deliver to UK mainland destinations.
PLEASE NOTE:- Unless stated otherwise, most of our garden furniture is delivered in easy to assemble form, typically 3 or 4 pieces per item with very clear instructions.

For administrative reasons we cannot take deposits or hold goods without payment in full. Your credit/debit card is charged in full at the time of ordering.

Delivery Schedule

Mainland UK deliveries are FREE for orders over £100. Orders under £100 will be charged at £4.99. Items in stock are normally delivered within 5 to 10 working days. We are often able to make furniture deliveries within 48 hours. Please contact us on 01635255250 for more details.

Please note:- Whilst every effort is made to deliver your purchases within 5 to 10 working days, some of the furniture sets are bulky and require specialised delivery. Please contact us on 01635255250 or email us at enquiries@yewtreegc.co.uk to get confirmation of stock levels and an estimated delivery date. (please include details of your order). 

If any problems are encountered I.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and a new delivery time arranged. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be given.

Busier period orders (April to August inc) and Deliveries disclaimer.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver your goods as quickly as possible during the busy period stated above, stock levels will start to deplete and delivery services will be pushed to their maximum. In order to avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible.

All delivery times shown on the website are best estimations but cannot be guaranteed.

All goods require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for it please arrange for it to be delivered to a place where it can be signed for ( a neighbour perhaps.)

Please check the packaging on your goods for damage and make a note of this when signing for them. Only sign for them as “received in good condition”, if this is actually the case. If the goods have been damaged in transit please refuse the delivery at this stage.

If you are out when the courier arrives, they will leave a card. Please contact the courier on the card to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. If the courier is unable to get a signature on the second delivery attempt they will leave a card a final time telling you where you need to go to collect your goods. Any further deliveries will require an additional payment by the customer.

Back Orders

If an item on your order is not in stock, we will back order for you. At this stage you will always be emailed and you may cancel your order if you would rather not wait and a full refund will be given.

Credit Card Security

When the order is processed it will be encrypted using the latest Industry Standard Protocols and processed by PROTX. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Guarantee

In addition to normal manufacturers guarantees all of our products come with our own no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. This does not affect your normal statutory rights.

Any returns made due to the goods being faulty are returned at our cost and a full refund will be made. Returns made due to the customer changing their mind or any other reason will be the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back to us and we will refund the cost of the goods less returns charges agreed prior to pick up.

Returns Policy

Faulty Items

If a faulty item is delivered or if it is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to pick up the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancelled orders

you wish to cancel an order that has NOT yet been despatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel goods as any purchases that have left our warehouse will be subjected to our returns charges listed below.
If you wish to cancel an order or return any unwanted items that have already been despatched you must do so within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs. You can opt to make arrangements for return yourself. If we have to arrange for collection by courier most items incur a £25 plus VAT collection fee. We will inform you if any additional costs are due for larger items. Once returned in original condition and ready for re-sale, we will issue a refund minus any relevant collection costs. Returns should be sent to:
